Come wander with me through the medieval labyrinth that is Florence -
the intimate cafes and beautiful small shops so carefully arranged, the lively local markets, the miniature temples in the cemetery of San Miniato and the original “Gates of Paradise” from the Baptistery at dell’Opera del Duomo.
All tour itineraries are customized based on participants' intests and my discernment. No two are alike. The small size of our group (rarely more than six) allows for flexibility when weather or other contingencies affect plans.
Easter in Florence

The first six days are in Florence, seeing art, gardens and places of your choice, and the week will culminate in the spectacular pageantry and surprises of Pasqua (Easter) at the Duomo. It is Italy’s biggest holiday and the city is steeped in ceremony and tradition. You will never forget the lively and colorful mash-up of pagan and Catholic traditions.
The last three days will be spent relaxing, cooking, walking, shopping, and visiting Etruscan ruins in Fiesole, a hilltop village near Florence.
